杯

清晨，我在家里拿出一个崭新的茶杯

在杯中放进茶叶

泡上开水

喝上几口

缕缕清香

沁入心脾

如今，我在浓郁的茶香中陶醉

困顿和疲倦

随之走远

洗尽铅华

以一颗平常心

让往事随风

不再回首

我独自饮茶

守着一份孤独

一种热量

在体内不停地传递

感悟了杯子的温馨

不喜不悲，无忧无惧

Cup

In the early morning, at home I took out a brand-new tea cup.

I put tea leaves in the cup.

Steeped it with boiling water.

Took a few sips.

Wisps of delicate fragrance

Refreshed my heart and spleen.

Nowadays, I am intoxicated in the rich aroma of tea.

Drowsiness and tiredness

Go far away accordingly.

Wash away all the glitz.

With an ordinary heart.

Let the past go with the wind.

No longer look back.

I drink tea alone.

Guarding a loneliness.

A kind of heat.

Keeps transmitting in the body.

Realized the warmth of the cup.

Neither happy nor sad, neither worried nor afraid
