屋内，烛光悄燃

打湿了，桌上的层层红笺

窗外，秋意阑珊

落叶，已在墙角堆满

夜风，撩拨思念的弦

红晕，在脸颊慢慢点燃

残月无声，秦筝不语，枯柳怎奈严寒

千里银辉，心路遥远，唯有霜冷星淡

知道你在彩云之南

望断长江秋水，独听琴瑟空弹

等我春风煮酒，月上梢头

与你一醉千年

South of the Colorful Clouds, Drunk for a Thousand Years

Inside the room, the candlelight burns quietly,

Wetting the layers of red paper on the table.

 

Outside the window, autumn lingers desolately.

Fallen leaves have piled up in the corner.

 

The night wind plucks the strings of yearning.

Blushes are slowly kindled on the cheeks.

 

The waning moon is silent, the ancient zither is mute. How can the withered willow endure the severe cold?

Thousands of miles of silvery moonlight, the journey of the heart is far. Only the frost is cold and the stars are dim.

 

Knowing that you are in the south of the Colorful Clouds,

I gaze as far as the autumn waters of the Yangtze River, listening alone to the zither being played in vain.

 

Wait for me to boil wine in the spring breeze with the moon rising above the treetops.

And be drunk with you for a thousand years.
